Good quality clothing at a reasonable price for the whole family. I like the style of the clothing and I always find something I like. This location is clean and the staff I met were friendly and courteous plus helpful. I end up spending a while in the store so I find the background music fun to listen too. They always seem to have a good sale so it pays to go fairly often. I like Old Navy and will continue to come to the to various stores that are close by, this location, West Edmonton Mall and Sherwood Park
Beautiful store. We were able to find a lot of comfortable clothes. The staff are extremely friendly and go above and beyond. For any quality clothes, Old Navy is my first choice.
At old Navy you get a good product for good prices. Is always friendly and just waiting to help you out. When the staff isn't helping people that are busy folding and keeping the place all nice and tidy. sometimes a line can get a little bit busy but it goes really quickly when they have enough cashiers. we always spend too much money here because it's always a decent product whenever we come. Good stuff for men and women, lots of stuff in the clearance section. If you want to keep your kids entertained you the staff will give you papers and you can sit at the picnic table and colour.
Worst service went to do a return all tags on the clothes my daughter got for a bday and we can't find the gift receipt so I asked if we could atleast do store credit and was told no. They said we don't carry the items, all have tags and were bought here. Never again will I shop at old Navy. Was also told oh well when I said that is poor customer service. If I could give a zero I would.
Prices are ok for items made in Vietnam. All the staff today were amazing and incredibly helpful
Great place to find pants or shirt pretty much any clothing you need they have from all shape and size. I bout some pants for our younger daughter and she is soooo soon taalll and thin. The only place I found pants to fit her.
Worst store ever I had been to, if I had an option I would rate 0 star not even one. The customer lead was very rude and the manager too they don’t have manner to speak to their customers. I bought a pant from West Edmonton Mall store and asked them if they could refund me or exchange but not willing to and they said they can’t exchange whatever they had in their store…..and asked me to go to WEM store…. This was my worst experience ever in Old Navy as I am a regular but don’t feel like going in this store ever again
